Gabriela Ochalik, a student of the graphics and media arts department of the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław was a winner of the first part of the Packaging Innovations 9. Student Zone. The final of the competition will take place during the 12th International Packaging Fair EXPO XXI in Warsaw.

The Student Zone allows young designers to show their work to a wide audience and to integrate and establish relationships with the packaging industry. The work of a Wrocław student was qualified in the Graphic Design category, addressed to graphic designers creating interesting graphic solutions in packaging.

The project was created for a small vineyard, where most of the work is done manually. Graphic design is to create a joyful and warm mood, similar to the accompanying wine tasting in a family. The concept is based mainly on humor, which is expressed by a mini-folder with a story about the adventures of Fin, who learns the flavors of the described wines.
