Aleksandra Chudzyńska, student of the electronics department of microsystems and photonics of the Wrocław University of Technology, won the competition organized by Siemens. She was awarded for her film “Engineer’s work in response to the challenges of the modern world”.
The competition was one of the elements of the program for students of technical faculties “Female engineers 4.0”. The program was performed in the form of specialist workshops on broadly defined Industry 4.0. It was organized by Siemens with support of the Perspektywy Educational Foundation and the Ministry of Enterprise and Technology.
The scope of the workshop also included areas related to personal development in the labor market – communication, personal branding and mentoring. Thirty students from Poland participated in the classes. Their course included issues from “Virtual and augmented reality”, “New production setup”, “Robotization in the world of Industry 4.0” and “Designing innovation in the spirit of design thinking”.
