A student of the Wrocław University of Technology created an application that will settle bills in a simple way and allow the users to control their home budget. It can be used not only by owners and managers of apartments, but also by tenants.

The creator of the application, Paweł Abramowicz, emphasizes that Naym is to a certain extent the result of his own experiences, because during his studies he happened to live with six roommates.

The application allows the users to settle bills in a simple way, develop a residential budget with automatic calculation of receivables for each tenant and remind about the approaching payment date by e-mail or SMS.

The Naym will also help owners and managers of apartments in precise calculation of monthly fees, including rent, electricity and water. The user only fulfills the charts, and the application will calculate the receivables itself and additionally send an e-mail or SMS to all tenants with the exact amount.
