A group of students from Turkey are participating in the summer classes organized by the University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz, promoting the teaching offer of the University and further development of cooperation.

The arrival of 14 students of Kocaturk Colleges secondary school network (Kocatürk Okulları) was planned as part of the agreement signed in February 2018. The intensive program of residence includes: 30 hours of English lessons, introduction to the history of Poland together with elements of the Polish language (as part of workshops) and art workshops.

The plan of their stay includes visiting Bydgoszcz along with visits to several municipal museums. The trips to Toruń, Gdańsk and Warsaw are also planned. This is the first visit of such a large group of students from Turkey. They are potential students of the Bydgoszcz university.
