Students of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń won many prizes in the national competition StRuNa, summarizing the scientific activity of student associations and organizations. Young scientists won the main awards in three categories.
In category of the Scientific Club of the Year 2019, the Interdisciplinary Scientific Club of Geriatrics from the Faculty of Health Sciences of the Collegium Medicum won the main prize, in the StRuNa-Art 2019 category the Scientific Club of Conservation and Restoration of Works of Art Students for the implementation of the project “Conservation and Renovation of the Henry Draper Astrograph from the Astronomical Observatory Nicolaus Copernicus” took the first place.
In the category of StRuNa-Human 2019, the Students’ Scientific Electoral Law Society “Elektor” won the prize for the project “Participation of first time voters in European Parliament elections”, the distinction was awarded to the Scientific Association of Medieval Art Historians for the project “Burgess and princes.
