Collecting companions, building houses, hospitals or schools and jointly rebuilding a virtual land are the main aims of a computer game by students of the Silesian University of Technology from the Wizarding Tower group, awarded in the #ZostanWDomuRobGry! Competition. The initiative is held under the honorary patronage of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
As part of the competition organized by the Indie Games Polska Foundation, Game Industry Conference and PolskiGamedev.pl, debutants and professionals from all over Poland competed. Each group was assessed in a separate category. Among the games, created by pupils and students, the work of Silesian students was assessed solution.
The game “Our Little Restoration” was also appreciated by the Warsaw Film School – one of the partners of the competition. The university awarded its creators and offered free participation in any classes, workshops and masterclasses in the field of video game development.
