Students and graduates of the University of Zielona Góra have created the Teamstack application that increases the productivity of enterprises by motivating employees to help each other. The project was created as part of internships and work in the headquarters of the group of IT companies in Zielona Góra.
The application was created by IT students Michał Przygocki and Mateusz Szarata and an electronic business graduate Julian Markiewicz. Teamstack once a week asks each employee who has recently been most helpful to him. Based on this, the app creates the ranking and the winners are publicly announced every Monday.
Teamstack is based on the Slack communication platform, which is used by over 85,000 enterprises – including McAfee, an American giant that produces anti-virus software. McAfee has been using Teamstack for over 3 months in one of its key departments in the United States.
