Students of Wrocław University of Science and Technology have become laureates of the KoKoN Forum of Technical Universities competition. The PWR Racing team turned out to be the best in the FUT Favorite category. This year, 21 projects from all over Poland competed for victory in KoKoN in five categories (Engineering project, Research, Education, Digitization, Innovation and new technologies in ecology and FUT Favorite).
The competition is addressed to students of technical universities operating in research clubs. Its idea is the development of scientific and social activity along with the integration of the student community, promotion of scientific activity and building a dialogue between universities and external companies.
Students from Wrocław and their RT11 car have had a very successful season. It started with reaching 10th place in the Netherlands, then they took the 3rd position in the Czech Republic, 5th in Hungary, 10th in Germany and 5th in Italy. In total, throughout the competition, the team scored eight podium places.
