The Institute of Political Science at the University of Wroclaw invites participants to the Summer School on Democracy. They will be discussing the role of the information in the modern world and various forms of populism. The classes will start on Sunday, June 17.
The organizers announce that during summer school classes its participants will discuss the functioning of contemporary media, how information is used and how it affects the society, issues in the field of social media, the problem of disinformation, populism and media development opportunities in the future.
In times when access to information has become unlimited, it is extremely important to select properly and verify the content that the readers receive. In this way, the importance of competencies needed to create and receive ubiquitous information increases significantly.
Summer School on Democracy will last until June 28.
