The Swiss government has earmarked four scholarships for Polish citizens for the academic year 2024/2025. The scholarship programme includes research stays, doctoral studies and postdoc scholarships – each in any field, reports the National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA).
The scholarship can be used in the form of research stays – the condition is that the master’s degree is obtained before 31 July 2024 (for ETH Zurich applicants – 30 June 2024); doctoral studies for young (born after 31 December 1988) master’s graduates – the condition is that the master’s degree is obtained before 31 July 2024 (for ETH Zurich applicants – 30 June 2024); postdoc – the condition is that the doctoral degree is obtained after 31 December 2020 and before 31 July 2024 (for ETH Zurich – 30 June 2024).
To apply for a Swiss government scholarship, it will be necessary to register in the NAWA system, available from October 2023. Those who meet the formal criteria will receive Swiss forms with explanatory notes by email to complete.
