Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin, the City of Szczecin Commune, University Clinical Hospitals No. 1 and No. 2 and Zakład Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o. o. have launched the Szczecin Green Energy Klaster energy cluster. 

The partners are planning to cooperate in the field of environmental protection of Szczecin and the region, increasing the share of renewable energy sources in the area of ​​cluster operation, development of dispersed energy sources, improvement of power quality and reduction of energy intensity of operations – which will contribute to increasing energy security and achieving climate goals, including the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.

– Building a self-sufficient energy area and an economy using clean and efficient energy resources will serve the public interest – says Krzysztof Goralski, chancellor of the Pomeranian Medical University and cluster coordinator.
