Almost 400 participants – patients, service providers, scientists, medical professionals, and representatives of the Ministry of Health and the Center of Information Systems for Health Care participated in the e-Health Forum in Sopot.

The Forum co-organized by the Medical University of Gdansk and the Polish Society for Health Programs became a platform where the stakeholders of the digital transformation process made many important declarations. – We are building a foundation on which we will be able to base new services for patients, tools for doctors, algorithms for analysts – said Deputy Minister of Health Janusz Cieszyński.

Deputy President of the National Health Fund Adam Niedzielski declared a new way of thinking of the Fund, more open to new technologies. He emphasized the importance of pilot programs in the field of telemedicine, which in practice demonstrate whether the adopted solutions are effective and can be applied on a wider scale.
