The West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin and the Tax Administration Chamber in Szczecin intend to cooperate in the field of the Strategic Program for Scientific Research and Development “Social and economic development of Poland in the conditions of globalizing markets” project GOSPOSTRATEG.
The aim of the signatories is to develop a useful and quick-verification database based on the results of molecular and spectrometric tests, thanks to which it will be possible to quickly verify the identity of processed fishery products, which will reduce the number of cases of unfair practices related to food adulteration.
The Tax Administration Chamber in Szczecin will provide the university with data in the field of fish and seafood market analysis as well as processed products, taking into account the provisions of law regarding the provision of personal data and the protection of customs and tax secrets.
