The University of Technology and Humanities (ATH) in Bielsko-Biała will cooperate with the local Municipal Transport Company (MZK). The agreement on cooperation was signed by the rector of the university, Professor Jacek Nowakowski, and the president of the MZK board, Hubert Maślanka.

“MZK Bielsko-Biała is a large employer in the region, which is able to support our didactics, by making its infrastructure available to educate students. ATH has the resources to reinforce the partner’s research and development initiatives. It is therefore clear that such cooperation has the potential to bring certain benefits to both parties’, said Prof. Nowakowski.

The document allows for the realisation of traineeships at the company’s premises, the execution of diploma theses, the subjects of which will be agreed with the company, and the conduct of workshops, the organisation of conferences, seminars and training sessions, as well as the company’s support for the activities of scientific circles and the building of a platform for cooperation between the business and science communities.
