The Command and Naval Operations Department of the Naval Academy in Gdynia received the University of Leaders Certificate 2021 and the special distinction “Primus” in the “University of Leaders” competition. The idea of the competition organized by the Foundation for the Development of Education and Higher Education and the PRC Creative Agency is to certify universities that combine a high level of education with the development of leadership competencies and professional skills in students.

The mission of the “University of Leaders” program is to identify and promote the best Polish universities and their organizations, educating entrepreneurial, creative and successful graduates in the labor market.

As part of the program, universities and their basic organizations are accredited if they can boast innovative activities aimed at practical education of students, creating leadership attitudes in them and active cooperation with labor market entities.
