The Ministry of Science and Higher Education held the ceremonial ending of TopMinds 2018 program. It is a mentoring program created by the Association Top 500 Innovators and the Polish-American Fulbright Commission for ambitious students and PhD students from Polish universities.
According to the Ministry of Science, over 330 students from over 50 national universities applied for the TopMinds program in 2018. Most students applied from the University of Warsaw, the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, the Medical University of Gdańsk, the Warsaw University of Technology and the Jagiellonian University.
In the second TopMinds program, which lasted from March to June 2018, participants took part at the weekend BootCamp. It was three weekend training session and project work aimed at solving selected social problems related to health prevention, improving the quality of life and providing facilities for disabled people and foreigners during their stay in Poland.
