The 6th Green Smart City Forum will take place on October 28-29, 2021 at the Congress Center of the University of Agriculture in Krakow (URK).

The main goal of the event is the exchange of views and experiences between local authorities, universities, environmental protection funds, NGOs, entrepreneurs and residents of the Małopolska region, all interested people in smart technologies for Smart City and Smart Village.

This year’s forum focuses on the concept of the European Green Deal, which includes the implementation of environmentally friendly investments, reducing pollution through cleaner and cheaper transport and reducing emissions from the energy sector, as well as the implementation of industrial innovations.

All actions are aimed at creating a clean, circular economy, which will enable the efficient use of resources. The challenges posed by the European Green Deal may inspire even more to look for solutions and implement new technologies in Smart City, Smart Village, and also open up new space for the implementation of sustainable development assumptions.
