On Friday, June 14, 2019, the National Conference on “Environment-Science-Responsibility” was held at the Institute of Chemistry of the University of Bialystok (UWB). The organizers organized a conference promoting the latest solutions to improve the state of the natural environment.

The purpose of the Conference was presentation of diagnoses and key problems concerning the environment in the world, in Poland and in the Podlasie Voivodship as well as presentation of the latest legal solutions regarding waste management in cities, communes and enterprises.

Participants of the event also learned about the financial support for projects in the field of waste management and environmental monitoring.
