The University of Bialystok (UwB) has joined the Baltic University Programme – one of the largest international academic networks, which brings together more than 100 universities from 10 countries in the Baltic Sea region.
“The University of Bialystok’s accession to The Baltic University Programme (BUP) is a great opportunity for the development of our university. BUP organises a great number of scientific events, carries out numerous projects and undertakes innovative academic ventures aimed at employees as well as students and doctoral students. I see this as a great opportunity for our university to increase internationalisation, joint research projects and student exchange”, said Prof. Izabela Święcicka, UwB Vice-Chancellor for Science and International Cooperation.
The membership agreement will enable UwB employees, students and doctoral students to participate in, among other things, projects, courses or scientific conferences organised by BUP partners.
