The Youth University of Life Sciences was officially opened at the Faculty of Biology at the University of Białystok. The authors of the lesson plans are employees of the Faculties of Biology, Chemistry and Physics of the University of Bialystok. Over 200 young people will take part in such classes at the University of Bialystok.

The Youth University of Life Sciences project is being implemented at the University of Bialystok for the second time. The university received 320,000 PLN for this purpose from the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management under a supra-regional project. It is attended by students from primary schools in the Podlaskie, Mazowieckie, Lubelskie and Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodships.

Young explorers will have classes on the University campus. The program includes 15 meetings. Students will conduct laboratory and microscopic analyzes and will take part in field activities.
