The Faculty of Natural Sciences of the University of Casimir the Great will receive over PLN 11.5 million under the “Regional Initiative of Excellence” program. The grant will allow the university to raise the level of scientific research conducted by biologists.

The implementation of the project will bring tangible benefits not only to the academic staff, but also to the socio-economic environment of the university and students. The direct effect of the activities will be the improvement of the level of scientific research conducted by biologists from the University of Kazimierz the Great.

It will happen through increasing the number of scientific publications, employing additional staff and its development, increasing the number of international agreements, increasing the participation of researchers in international exchanges, organizing international conferences, obtaining new scientific qualifications and developing research infrastructure.
