Researchers of the Poznań University of Economics and Business have won a research grant in the Beethoven Classic National Science Center competition. The financing of over 700 thousand PLN will be used jointly with the German HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management to realize the project “Building credibility and economic results of companies from post-transformation economies in developed countries – the study of Polish branches in Germany”.
The main goal of the project is to study the strategy and boundary conditions for building credibility on the foreign market by enterprises from post-transformation economies and how this credibility affects long-term market success.
The project will contribute to broadening the knowledge on improving skills and competences in the branches of enterprises from post-transformation countries in order to achieve long-term growth in markets more developed than the country of origin, which is typical of the situation of Polish branches on the German market.
