Rector of the Wrocław University of Economics, Prof. Andrzej Kaleta and the Mayor of the City of Wrocław, Jacek Sutryk, signed an agreement to support the implementation of priority areas of the city’s development, such as public transport, „Wrocław without smog” and security.

The agreement will allow to work out the best development patterns of the local government organization, work on its description, and in the future to share this knowledge with a wide range of local government employees in Poland.

The scope of cooperation will include in particular developing a process optimization methodology, organization of a process transformation program, developing competences in the field of process improvement and management methods, support in the selection and implementation of IT tools for process management, developing strategic priorities for digital transformation and developing a program for continuous improvement and implementation of innovation .
