The University of Economics in Wroclaw invites participants on May 8 to the conference “Shaping competencies in the digital economy” implemented under the Open Eyes Economy on Tour 2019 program. The university is a co-organizer of the event.

The conference will be devoted to the shaping of competences in the digital economy and the challenges posed by the current situation on the labor market. Digital transformation of enterprises brings enormous challenges for enterprises, transforming their business models, eliminating old professions and shaping new ones, as well as for universities, leading to building new competence profiles for future employees.

The conference is addressed to research and teaching staff, students, representatives of labor market institutions and entities dealing with education, as well as to all people interested in how to adapt to the changes.
