The Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, together with the Spanish Universidad de Miguel Hernández de Elche in Orihuela, will launch the English-language studies in Food Technology. Launching a new study will be possible thanks to nearly 693 thousand PLN allocated by the National Agency for Academic Exchange.
The new course will start in the summer semester in Wrocław. Students will expand their knowledge and skills in production, safety and quality assurance and certification of food products, including regional and traditional issues. They will also learn about innovative methods of producing fermented food: silage, yoghurt, kefir, cheese and meat products.
The second semester will be conducted in Orihuela, where students will learn about growing exotic fruit and vegetables, production of wines, cheese, meat and fish products, seafood, snacks and confectionery.
