University of Gdańsk becomes the leader of the “Professional UNcertainty Competence” project

The University of Gdańsk is the leader of the “Professional UNcertainty Competence” (PUNC) project, aiming to support and increase the knowledge, competences and skills of academic teachers in training students to find jobs in an uncertain environment and constantly changing professional reality.

The task of the consortium is to fill the competency gap in dealing with uncertainty and enable academic teachers to train resilient professionals who will be able to engage their professional insecurity in a positive and productive way. The University of Gdańsk will train 40 academic teachers and 40 students.

In addition to the University of Gdańsk, the consortium includes Stichting Hogeschool Utrecht (Netherlands), Turun Ammattikorkeakoulu oy (Finland), INNOCAMP PL Sp. z o.o. (Poland), Erhvervsakademi Aarhus (Denmark), Universita Politecnica de Valencia (Spain). The budget of the entire project is almost PLN 450,000. euro.
