The University of Gdańsk strengthens its cooperation with the Belarusian Grodno State University. The first agreement between the universities was signed in 2016 and assumed joint publications, teaching internships of the staff and exchange of students.

This year the authorities of both universities agreed to extend the agreement on exchange of visiting professors, joint research, development projects, summer schools and hackathons for young IT specialists and implementation of elements of Pedagogy of Innovation based on orders from the business environment of the university.

Belarussian guests visited the Baltic Campus of the University of Gdańsk-Oliwa. After getting acquainted with the possibilities of the laboratories at the Institute of Experimental Physics, they expressed new ideas for the development of young scientists in both countries.
