The Faculty of Economics of the University of Gdańsk in Sopot invites participants to the TranSopot Scientific Conference under the slogan “Challenges for the development of transport in the 21st century”.

The conference will be held from 27 to 29 May and it is a continuation of meetings organized since 1992 dedicated to the directions of development of the transport sector. The aim of the event is to exchange views and discuss modern trends of transport development and to integrate scientific communities and business practitioners from the Transport and Shipping Logistics sectors.

The program of the conference will include discussions within plenary and thematic sessions devoted to sustainable development of transport, economic aspects of innovation and technical progress in transport, conditions of survival of transport enterprises, prerequisites for their development and urban mobility.

The organizers are also planning a debate with practitioners, panels for young scientists and a study trip to the Slovinskie Coast.
