University of Gdansk (UG) to cooperate with the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau

The University of Gdansk (UG) will cooperate with the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau. The partners solemnly signed a letter of intent in this matter. 

The ceremony was attended by the head of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, Colonel Andrzej Stróżny, the director of the office of the head of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, Colonel Mariusz Tomaszewski, and the director of the delegation in Gdańsk, Marcin Pyzik. The University of Gdańsk was represented by the Rector, Prof. Piotr Stepnowski, the Vice-Rector for Students and Quality of Education, Dr Arnold Kłonczyński, Prof. UG, and the Director of the Centre for Courses and Training, Dr Piotr Zieliński.

The cooperation will primarily concern the undertaking of joint information and education initiatives, in particular the organisation of training courses to raise awareness of the phenomena of corruption, the shaping of appropriate patterns of behaviour and the strengthening of ethical and civic attitudes among future UG graduates.
