Faculty of Law and Economics of the University of Humanities and Natural Sciences in Częstochowa officially began cooperation with the Ombudsman for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. A letter of intent in this matter was signed by the deputy spokesman for small and medium-sized enterprises Jacek Cieplak and the university rector Prof. Anna Wypych-Gawrońska.

The purpose of the cooperation is to identify legal issues that raise doubts in its activities, the Ombudsman’s Office, the University’s scientific research in this area and familiarizing the Ombudsman with their results.

The Ombudsman for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises deals with the protection of the interests of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. His goal is giving opinions on draft legal acts regarding the interests of entrepreneurs and the principles of conducting business activity, and assistance in organizing mediation between entrepreneurs and administration.
