Poznań University of Life Sciences (UPP) has signed the University’s Social Responsibility Declaration. On behalf of UPP, the document was signed by the Vice-Rector for Studies, Prof. Cezary Mądrzak.

The University’s Social Responsibility Declaration, initiated in 2017 and signed at that time by 23 universities, is a commitment of the universities’ environments to disseminate academic values and popularize science to the society. In 2019, 58 Polish universities solemnly signed it.

In practice, it confirms that the University of Life Sciences for years has been voluntarily involved in promoting the idea of sustainable development in educational programs and in scientific research, and also takes care of organizational order, basing on the foundations of social responsibility.
