The University of Lodz (UŁ) has signed an agreement with Huawei Polska, part of a global IT and technology concern with headquarters in China. The agreement provides for internships for students, training of lecturers by Huawei representatives and joint research in the future.

The contract was concluded for three years. According to its provisions, the University of Lodz and Huawei will jointly organize postgraduate studies, specialized research internships for students and doctoral students, and short-term internships, which will be conducted by experienced specialists working in the concern.

We will do everything to ensure students of the University of Lodz along with students of the Warsaw University of Technology, AGH University of Science and Technology, or Kozminski University that our partnership will provide them with new practical skills useful on the labor market – said director Ryszard Hordyński from Huawei Polska.
