The Faculty of Philology and the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Lodz in cooperation with the Activus Foundation are organizing a scientific conference on October 25 entitled “Aging with dignity”.

As part of the event, a dozen presentations were planned within two modules: “When does old age begin?” And “Senior project in danger – presentation of the effects of the project and involvement of the University of Lodz in the senior issues in the region of Lodz”.

Conference participants will try to find out how to deal with issues related to seniors in the world of challenges that society faces today and in the near future, in connection with demographic forecasts on social structure i.e. a dynamic increase in the share of older people in society.
