Two faculties of the University of Lodz (UŁ): Management and Economics and Sociology have obtained, the official IACBE accreditation for majors in English: Business Management and Economics.

IACBE (International Accreditation Council for Business Education), Kansas, USA, is recognized as the accreditation leader for business education programs. So far, it has accredited over 1,800 business programs at universities around the world. The University of Lodz has just joined this group as the first Polish public university.

Accredited studies are conducted in English. Business Management graduates have the ability to perceive business in a multidimensional way and will easily find job in an international environment in positions related to management, analysis or decision making in the company.

Studies in Economics allow them to gain a thorough knowledge of the mechanisms functioning in modern economies and acquire analytical skills needed to solve economic problems in economic practice.
