The Maria Curie Skłodowska University (UMCS) in Lublin on Friday 15 March 2019 will sign cooperation agreements with the Military Counterintelligence Service (SKW). The captions under the document will be submitted by the rector of UMCS Prof. Stanisław Michałowski and the head of SKW Maciej Materka.

The intention of both parties is to undertake and develop cooperation in the field of education of current and future cadres dealing with broadly understood security.

According to the draft agreement, the Lublin university and SKW are also to jointly undertake activities that raise awareness of the possibilities of protecting Poland from contemporary threats.
