The University of Opole moved up 8 positions in the latest Perspektywy University Ranking. In this year’s general classification, the University of Opole took 40th place, in the ranking of universities it was ranked on the 14th place out of 24 universities.
– Our progress when it comes to the place of our university in the ranking is something that makes us very happy. We have been promoted once again; just a few years ago we were in the top sixty, a year ago it was 48th, today – 40th place. I hope that progress will also be visible in the coming years – says Vice-Rector for Science, Prof. Jacek Lipok.
The Perspektywy Ranking takes into account 29 indicators out of seven criteria: prestige, graduates on the labor market, scientific potential, scientific effectiveness, innovation, internationalization and educational conditions. It is one of the broadest and most transparent educational rankings, one of four that have the international quality certificate “IREG Approved”.
