The article “Translocation of meadow, heath and fen to the Habitat Garden: The first insights after 4 years of the experiment” read by the team of Prof. Arkadiusz Nowak from the Institute of Biology at the University of Opole was awarded by the Chief Editors of the magazine Applied Vegetation Science as one of the best articles of last year.

In their article, the authors assessed the efficiency of translocation patches of various types of habitats (meadows, heaths and groundwater outflows) in the context of assessing the behavior of diagnostic species, typical species and the expansion of ecologically alien species.
