The University of Opole is implementing the project of the National Agency for Academic Exchange “A competent student is an experienced graduate”. The partners of the Opole university include the University of Malta, the University of Leuven – Belgium, the University of Haxhi Zeka in Kosovo, the Czech University of Tomasz Bata in Zlin and the University of Economics in Wroclaw.

The project is a response to the contemporary challenges of the international labor market, as well as the need to develop a new formula for developing students’ competence and testing it in practical conditions. Under the program, 45 BA students of economics from five countries will participate in the competence development program during the last semesters of study, just before entering the labor market.

The goal is to develop key competences for the labor market by participating in international workshops, performing practical tasks in a multicultural group and study visits in international companies.
