The Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Rzeszów (UR) have been granted the right to confer the PhD degree.

By the decision of the Central Commission for Degrees and Titles, the Medical Faculty of UR was granted the right to confer the title of PhD in medical and health sciences.

-This is another step in developing medicine at the University of Rzeszów – emphasizes Dr Maciej Ulita, spokesman for the Rzeszów University.
The same decision was taken by the Central Commission in relation to the Faculty of Law and Administration, which was granted the right to confer the title PhD of social sciences in the legal sciences.
