The Scientific Circle of Competition Law and Regulations IUS PUBLICUM of the University of Silesia together with the Polish Economic Society, the Institute of Economic Law and the Polish Foundation for Competition Law IUS PUBLICUM are inviting participants to the national scientific conference “Business Constitution – a new experience”.

The conference will be an opportunity to analyze new regulations in the field of undertaking and conducting economic activities – so-called Business Constitution, which in the opinion of its creators is supposed to be appreciated by entrepreneurs. It should facilitate to start a business and change the attitude of public administration bodies toward entrepreneurs.

The conference will take place on November 27 at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice, at ul. Bankowa 11B.
