The School of Polish Language and Culture of the University of Silesia, as a result of a competition announced by the National Agency for Academic Exchange, was included in the prestigious group of 10 universities authorized to conduct preparatory courses to study in Polish in the academic year 2021/2022.
The preparatory course is addressed to foreigners who intend to study at Polish universities in the future. The program of the School of Polish Language and Culture of the Silesian University includes intensive teaching of Polish as a foreign language and a block of the so-called introductory subjects related to candidates’ initial declarations regarding future studies.
In addition to language courses, lectures and seminars, the program beneficiaries will participate in classes about Poland, in educational and real-life trips in a series of integration and adaptation meetings, and introducing the specificity of Polish higher education.
