The University of Silesia invites participants to the conference “Integration in multicultural social and educational environments”, which will take place on March 26, 2019 at the Department of Ethnology and Educational Sciences in Cieszyn. The conference is a continuation of the series “Activation of individuals, groups and communities in the local environment” dedicated to selected areas of social pedagogy.

The organizers announce the following topics: multidimensional integration processes; social policy for inclusion; diagnosing and designing activities for qualitative changes of inclusion processes; school environment for integration; determinants of integration behavior of educational entities and integration in theory and practice.

The co-organizers of the conference are the Institute for Identity Research of the European Pedagogical Faculty and the Department of Slavic Studies of the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Ostrava; Association for Supporting Intercultural Education and the Polish Pedagogical Society.
