The University of Szczecin has signed a contract with Szajna Laboratorium Optyczne. The document assumes cooperation in conducting didactic classes, providing the university with information materials about the industry profile, consulting in creating and modifying study plans related to spectacle optics, co-organizing workshops, symposia, exhibitions and practices.

Ophthalmic optics is a study where it is very important to train practical skills. Hence the university and partners will provide a large number of classes conducted in laboratories and practices taking place in companies with an optical profile. This requires cooperation with employers, optical factories, laboratories, as well as Polish and global companies producing lenses as well as optical materials and equipment.

Earlier, the University signed agreements with local entrepreneurs and global companies in the industry, as well as with the Polish Association of the Blind Persons in the West Pomeranian Region.
