The Institute of Political and Security Sciences of the University of Szczecin is a co-organizer of the IX International Asian Congress. The congress will be held from 18 to 20 May 2022 in Toruń.

The 9th International Asian Congress is the most important scientific, diplomatic and business event in Europe devoted to Asian issues. The event is an international scientific conference enriched with elements from other key areas of social life. It is addressed mainly to political scientists, sociologists, historians, economists, cultural studies, philologists, religious studies and law researchers.

During this year’s congress, the program section of the Congress will be accompanied by cultural, diplomatic and business events, incl. a lecture on sepak takraw (so-called kicked volleyball), tasting Thai dishes, massage shows, presentations of films and tourist attractions of Thailand, photo and book exhibitions and many other attractions.
