The Department of Environmental Protection and Engineering of the University of Technology and Humanities in Bielsko-Biała has published the scientific journal “Textile Engineering and Environmental Protection”. It was re-issued under a new title, corresponding to the current profile of research carried out at the Faculty of Materials Engineering, Construction and Environment. The journal was named “Polish Journal of Materials and Environmental Engineering”.

It will publish original scientific articles presenting materials, technologies and various human activities for the sustainable use of natural resources and their preservation for future generations.

The primary language of the publication is Polish, with each article having an extended summary in English. Individual volumes will be published twice a year. Preparation of volume 1 is currently underway. Taking into account the editions under the old name, it will be the 21st published volume of the journal.
