The University of Technology and Humanities in Bielsko-Biała (ATH) will cooperate with the 3DGENCE company. The cooperation agreement was signed by the rector of the university, Dr Jacek Nowakowski, and the president of 3DGENCE Sebastian Sczasny.
3DGENCE is known internationally for creating the most comprehensive and cost-effective industrial 3D printing solutions. It specializes in printers enabling the production of final parts, functional prototypes and metal spare parts in real time using the most advanced materials.
For several years, the company has been cooperating with the department of mechanical engineering and computer science of the ATH and with the science club “Engineer of the 21st century”. The current contract includes support and patronage over the specialty “design and 3D printing technologies”. It will allow students to use modern technologies in this field in their diploma theses and research projects.
