The University of Technology and Humanities in Bielsko Biała has signed a cooperation agreement with the Lipnik Association. Its aim is to deepen cooperation in the organization of student apprenticeships, as well as the organization of workshops and lectures open to students of sociology.
The Lipnik Association is one of the first non-governmental organizations in Bielsko-Biała. It was established after the political transformation and has been operating continuously since 1997. The area of his activities is the development of civil society. The association achieves its goals by designing and implementing innovative social projects that have an impact on building the social capital of the local community.
The agreement provides for the organization of joint workshops, seminars and research projects by university employees and members of the association. The Association will also join the work related to the systematic improvement of the quality of education at the university through participation in the evaluation of the study program.
