The Poland-East Cooperation Association and the Institute of Eastern Slavic Studies of the University of Warmia and Mazury (UWM) were the organizers of the seminar “Eastern Partnership – developing contacts and cooperation between societies”. The Olsztyn university hosted the ambassadors of Armenia, Kazakhstan and Belarus as well as representatives of Russia.

The seminar program included a plenary session with speeches by embassy representatives and three discussion panels devoted to business, culture and tourism as well as regional cuisine.

Diplomats presented opportunities for economic cooperation; presented the tourist offer for tourists from Poland and discussed the issue of electronic visas to the Russian Federation.

The third panel presented the attractions of the culinary heritage trail of Warmia, Mazury, Powiśle and was combined with tasting of traditional Warmian products.
