The Publishing House of the University of Warsaw has published a monograph “Current challenges of electoral law”, prepared under the scientific editorship of Prof. Marek Zubik and Dr Jan Podkowik.

The publication is a collection of works by students and doctoral students from academic centers all over Poland. It was created as a result of the 16th National Congress of Constitutional Law Scientific Circles, which was organized on November 13-14, 2020 by the Scientific Club of Constitutional Law “Legislator” in cooperation with the Department of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.

The publication presents a critical look at various electoral law institutions and the practice of their functioning both in the context of the 2018-2020 election experience and the accompanying changes in the law, as well as in the situation related to the state of the pandemic and problems arising from the need to organize free elections in extraordinary conditions.
