The School of Foreign Languages ​​of the University of Warsaw (UW) is inviting participants to the scientific conference “Mediation in the teaching and learning process” on September 9, 2021. The event is held under the honorary patronage of the Polish Society of Modern Languages. 

The aim of the conference is to create a forum for discussion, broadening knowledge and exchanging views on mediation, with particular emphasis on learners, learning, teaching, as well as working on materials and tools.

The organizers are inviting foreign language teachers of all educational levels, educators, trainers and educators interested in mediation issues, mediation activities and strategies, multilingualism, tasks in language education, practices in providing instructions with the use of technology and good practices in the process of learning foreign languages.

The conference program includes such issues as: Mediation in the process of teaching and learning foreign languages; Key competencies in the lifelong learning process; Multilingualism and linguistic diversity.
